VWO was looking to build an ABM & Outbound Marketing machinery from scratch. The goal was to build a sales & marketing battlesheet for their named accounts by uncovering intelligence around their Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) function and to create an accurate data framework. This meant that a sturdy research framework was crucial for success of the project. After vetting seven vendors, VWO selected SeeResponse.
SeeResponse conducted primary and secondary research around each of VWO’s named accounts to build battlesheets for their sales and marketing functions. Armed with accurate intelligence, VWO teams could deliver ABM pitches that resonated with prospects and they were able to initiate conversations with 40% of their named accounts. SeeResponse also built exhaustive contact data repositories of all buying committee members in these accounts and a real time information sharing communication protocol that helped VWO teams stay agile.
