Education Marketing Agency for EdTech Companies

EdTech marketing for platforms and services selling into schools, districts and colleges. A buying season and a committee, both planned around.

What is different about edtech marketing

Industry knowledge earns its place where it changes the plan. In education it changes three things, and the first one governs the calendar for everything else.

The budget year decides the campaign year

Institutions buy in windows tied to fiscal and academic calendars, and a proposal that lands outside one waits months for the next. Campaign timing matters more here than in most sectors, so we build the plan backwards from the point where budget is committed.

The person who wants it rarely signs for it

A department head feels the problem, but procurement, IT and often a board approve the purchase. Each needs something different: a case for the outcome, a security review, a price comparison. The champion needs material they can forward internally without rewriting it.

Peer proof outranks argument

Institutions look hardest at what comparable institutions have already adopted. A named customer at a similar size and type does more work than a claim about results, which is why the case studies come first and the pitch second.

Education marketing agency questions

What we get asked on the first call.

Do you market to students or to institutions?
To institutions. Our education clients are companies selling to schools, districts and colleges, where the buyer is a department head, an IT team or a procurement office. Student enrollment marketing for universities is a separate discipline.
Do you work with K-12, higher education, or both?
Both. Knack sells into colleges and universities, Curacubby into schools and children's service providers. The buying committees differ, and so does the calendar they buy on.
Can you show education results specifically?
Yes. Knack and Curacubby are both named on the site, and Knack is on camera. For Curacubby we deliver at least 500 viable leads a week.
Can you reach decision-makers we cannot find ourselves?
That is most of the work. For Knack the whole engagement was building lists of current, verified contacts at the titles that decide on a tutoring platform.
Tell us when your budget window opens
Most education programs are won or lost on timing. One call is usually enough to work out where yours sits in the year.
