Background
SCALE Healthcare is a healthcare management consulting firm that works with providers nationwide to scale their practices. It runs nine subsidiary businesses across 10 major cities in the US and Europe, which gives it reach across the many disciplines a healthcare company has to get right at once.
The problem
SCALE Healthcare wanted a marketing partner to set up email drip campaigns, build a large network of prospects and produce short videos. They wanted one partner to take each of those from start to finish, and to reach potential customers directly rather than hand back a plan.
How we helped
We built a demand generation program around automated, repeatable lead generation. SCALE generated leads through their website and through email campaigns, and those turned into opportunities and sales. We also produced an explainer video, which brought the site its largest influx of new users.
